Bubble (High)

The small meeting rooms used by 1, 2 or 3 people are called bubbles. Unlike the meeting rooms which must be reserved in advance, bubbles are for spontaneous, unscheduled meetings. However, they may not be used as individually assigned offices and the working rationale is not to use them for more than 2 consecutive hours. Their size isn’t really suited for longer periods.

Since there are several reasons for using a bubble, we have provided different types of layouts for them:

  • Fairly classic layouts with seats separated by a shareable table and equipped with a projection screen. The seats can be either high or low
  • Informal interview layouts with armchairs and a coffee table. These bubbles aren’t really intended for laptop use, unless they are used on your lap.
  • Layouts intended more for use by one or possibly two persons for conference or video calls, for instance. The table can be reversed for use, either as a coffee table or to hold a laptop.
