Computer Kiosk (Secondary)
In the event of a need for IT or telephone support involving hardware or software, employees benefit from two types of support: a call centre called “13 utile” and 2 kiosks where they can get help from specialised technicians if the problem seems too complex to be solved remotely. These technicians man the kiosk in each building.
